This is an expanded bobweight data file showing more engine
choices. Simply copy this text and paste into notepad and save in your
"Balancer" folder as bwinfo.txt to update this file to the newest
information.

program above. The file includes the Bobweight
calculation information for most engines. You can
even write reports! But to balance a shaft will cost you!

Single Column Industrial

American Coolaire uses a special design single-
column machine in production to balance big fans for
chicken houses and other industrial uses.
T&S had to design a non-contact photo-eye system
special application electronic system for this machine.
This was a complicated project but now is a
6 second spin machine!
It was worth the effort!

Diesel Machine
Leon Rutt bought his Pro-Bal PB1000 machine
new in
1989. He has balanced many diesel cranks on this machine. The
original electronics would not handle this 1,800 lb
8 foot
3516 Cat Diesel crank on this 5 foot long 1000 lb capacity
hard bearing machine. The new electronics solved this problem.
1962 model Stewart Warner
Soft Bearing Machine
Ross Grant picked up his new Stewart Warner machine
in 1962. He was
the first in the Lancaster, Pa area to offer balancing service. The
picture
shows an 8 HP Briggs crank being balanced with the new electronics.
He now has the fastest balancer in the area.
1955
Model Stewart Warner Soft Bearing Machine
Wayne Calvert picked up his new machine
in Colorado Springs in 1955. This was the first
machine in the North Texas area. It took 15 minutes to install
the new electronics and 30 minutes to get Wayne's son Randy familiar
with the software.
