1) The centerless chucking system is as accurate as the roundness of the valve stem. If you are working on good valves, the concentricity is near perfect. No more chirping…2) The micrometer feed system allows you to grind to exact specifications for valve lengths3) Valves can be ground to any angle from zero to ninety degrees and even the outside of the valve head can be ground flat and the diameter to an exact size. Stops are inserted at 45 and 90 degrees for quicker adjustment for facing, chamfering and tipping. Remove the 45 degree stop to adjust for other angles.4) We use pre-loaded linear ways for absolute rigidity, accuracy and longevity. There is no lubrication necessary, this is truly a lifetime system. 5) Movement in and out is on a "V" and flat way system

6) Detented dresser can be used without removing the valve from the chuck and rotates out of the way while grinding. 7) This is the only grinder that allows the operator to tip and chamfer the valves while they are rotating, a much more accurate and visually appealing method.8) Uses a 7-inch grinding wheel available from any shop supply company9) The smallest valves can be ground without any chuck adjustment.10) Valves with heads up to 2.750 inches and 5/8 stems are no problem.

 11) The opposite end of the spindle is free to mount a diamond wheel, wire brush, general grinding
